Psychics are sexy. It is the one population that goes unnoticed in its realm of sexiness. That could be because most can not say that they know a psychic but we’re out there and we as a core group of people that understand from a fundamental place the role that sex plays in our lives.  There are a number of reasons why this may be so, Psychics are very sensitive to sight, smell, sound, taste and touch naturally. Of course you can go to the internet but, its not the same thing as purchasing a book about the art of lovemaking and its positions. You will find it  much more satisfying to have a book around the house so that you can go to it as often as you like and stimulate your mind and your ideas. “Fifty shades of Gray” by E.L. James is only popular because it has given people the opportunity to recreate their sexiest inside themselves and inside their minds and place a reality inside ourselves. Fantasy is about saying: we, me, or I can be sexy too.  You see the best tool to creating a better sex life begins with your ability to imagine yourself having that happy sex.

Sexy Foods

Learning and studying sexual positions is just the tip of the ice berg because eating with sex on your mind is the real answer to having optimum sensual pleasure. There are numerous foods that help with your sexual pleasures. Foods like: chocolate strawberries and oysters have been widely known to have properties that boost your libido. What you may not have known is that herbs like: black pepper cumin and flax seeds are also sex boosters as well. That Chili pepper is a big part adding fire to your sex life. Some other inexpensive herbs that can do wonders are Ginseng and Turmeric powder and some nuts such as Almonds are hugh sex enhancers.  Avocados is my latest food discoverable for boosting that libido. Avocados are shape in the form of male testicles. (So men eat more of this fruit to give your cojones a jump). Eating an Avocado at least once weekly along with changing your diet and some ingredient mentioned above will put you on your way to creating a better loving you.  Let’s talk about sexy baby! Avocado Paste Recipe

• 1/2 Avocado scooped in a bowl
• 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
• Add lemon or lime juice to taste
• Add garlic power heavy on the garlic
• And equal amount of onion power to cancel our the kick of the garlic powder
• Add Chili pepper powder for that add spice for your love life 
• Mix with a potato masher. Serve on fillet of fish of choice 
• Use the left overs as a dip or as a spread on crackers.
